This was my third visit to this restaurant for food. The first time was excellent, but the second time was disappointing. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt, my third visit was also a letdown. I ordered a "steak" burger and chips, but was disappointed with what I received. The burger was clearly a cheap frozen patty with no taste, not the decent handmade burger I was hoping for. The prices are not cheap, and combined with the poor quality of the food, I will not be returning. It's a shame because on my first visit, the chef seemed to know what he was doing, but it appears fresh ingredients are no longer being used. The golf club itself is great with a fantastic bar and staff.
played the belhaven open last weekend. brilliant curs and very friendly club for visitors. each hole is unique, something quirky but on a good wise. I loved it. curs was in great condition, especially the green. beautiful clubhouse and catering was very good. never been insult before, but in any case again.
I have dined at this restaurant many times and the portions are huge. I have yet to finish a meal here, but I keep returning because the food is so good! They specialize in pub fare such as burgers, chicken strips, and fish and chips, and they do an excellent job. I will definitely be coming back again.
A good course, sadly the staff hassled us on a group outing to speed up our game when we were two holes to go and no one behind us. A membership gives some privileges and cheaper games but not the right to harass others who pay full price to play the course

Had a great day on my brothers birthday with great friends the food was excellent try the any dish and you wont be disappointed......haggis being the flavour of the day ! ! ! Coming from a Englishman on a visit to Insch for the 1st time
This is a small friendly golf course set in the village of Insch. They provide drinks, coffee and tea plus meals at weekends (and some evenings I think). Very friendly. Nice golf course. Golf cart available for tent. Very friendly.
super natural, many tricky holes and some really beautiful out view. the gastronomy was first-class as ever. nice eating and large portions and friendly staff.
