When you walk in, there are two options to order the kiosk or a real person. Unfortunately the person who was taking orders couldn't really suggest anything as she said she hadn't tried anything. This location is walking distance to a hotel so I don't understand why the employees don't know what things taste like. It would be helpful for our of town guests to have suggestions since there are ALOT of options to choose from. The place itself was very clean and ample amount of space in the dining room. Open seating. Clean restaurant. Many menus. Helpful staff. Pleasant service. Friendly atmosphere. I walked in and ordered in about 5 mins. The server was helpful and patient. We ordered a baptized Beef sausage sandwich with onion rings and fries. Everything was ready within mins. They brought our order to our table and checked on us regularly. I also had an Arnold palmer which hit the spot. Everything was delicious. Parking: Lots of parking available.
I rated this restaurant 2 stars because the fries were disappointing. They lacked freshness and were overcooked. I don't like the new crinkle fry recipe; they remind me of the ones from White Castle, but they're not nearly as good. I've always enjoyed the fries here, especially from the original location in Berwyn Hillside, which consistently served great fries. Unfortunately, the Buona fries at the EGV location were not fresh during my last visit.
I love this place, but lately the service has not been good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries to go. When I got home and opened them, I realized that my fries were half empty, my sandwich was missing fresh tomatoes, and it almost didn’t have any mayo—it was very dry. It was very disappointing. This is not the first time. I think the people who work there should be more attentive and care about the place where they work

The owner should get people of their own to deliver to customers instead of using third parties. 8.50 dollars For a pizza and they charge 775 for delivery that is ridiculous. Person on a budget can afford even a eight dollar pizza cause she’s charge so much. Why Don’t you hire people to deliver to customers you make enough money there? I know you do we used to come there a lot not anymore
A sticker chilling in my sandwich. I opened my sandwich because it was very dry and I was going to add sauce and there it was. The onion rings were good.
This is likely my favorite Bouna location. The place is always clean, and the food is consistently served hot.
Expensive and not very good. Had a really dry $12 grilled chicken sandwich on a stale bun.
