I love this place, but lately the service has not been good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries to go. When I got home and opened them, I realized that my fries were half empty, my sandwich was missing fresh tomatoes, and it almost didn’t have any mayo—it was very dry. It was very disappointing. This is not the first time. I think the people who work there should be more attentive and care about the place where they work
The reason I only gave it 2 stars bc the fries were not good, not fresh at all over fried I don’t like how fries were changed and are now the krinkle fries like I got them at White Castle but not as good compared to how I’ve always had them starting bk to Berwyn Hillside they were always good. EGV Buona fries are not fresh at all last time.
A sticker chilling in my sandwich. I opened my sandwich because it was very dry and I was going to add sauce and there it was. The onion rings were good.
Awesome Italian beef sandwich!! We need one of these restaurants in Fort Wayne!
