The drive through associate and the manager on duty on Wed. night 07/17/24 were amazing! After I ordered and went to pay, the lady at the window was having a hard time applying my rewards to the order because they just got a new system. With out rewards my total was 26. With rewards applied, my total went down to 7! I told her not to worry about it and I will use the reward points next time. She persisted and eventually called over the manager to help her. They teamed up together to get this resolved. After at least 5-7 minutes, the manager handed me my card and said that my meal was comped. I was surprised and puzzled. When I asked her why, she said that because the new system was rejecting...
I ordered two Cheesy Beefs—one dry and one soaked—as well as two fries (no drinks), and they were absolutely perfect and delicious. The cashier was friendly and double-checked my order to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I hadn’t ordered. The atmosphere inside was nice and cool, too.
Eric the manager gave me a large fry half full and claimed he packed it himself and insisted he didn't know why he would do that, as if I was making up a story. When I pay $4 for a Fry, it should be full. Other than that he was a good manager and very courteous and helpful. Note to Buona: when a customer complains, please listen

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and use a wheelchair. I wanted to try the cone, which isn’t available through the drive-thru. The manager, Eric, took my call and kindly offered to bring it out to me. I really appreciated his help. The service was fantastic! Thank you!
Had a great beef sandwich and the buffalo chicken salad is loved by everyone in the fam. Eric was amazing, super friendly and checking up on us all the time, the best. Finished it off with the Original Rainbow Cone, great ice cream.
This was the worst delivery order I've ever received; it was absolutely disgusting. I will never order from this restaurant again. I wish I could give it no stars at all.
