Called last week to place an average sized catering order (6 trays of food) and was told that they were busy and to call back. I consider myself reasonable so I called back tonight before the dinner rush and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that the big boss required that I personally come in to place the order even though I offered to prepay in advance with my CC! Besides the fact that I 've ordered several times from here, how hard is it to write down an order, calculate a total, and charge the person like every other restaurant that does catering? Fantastic food and the owner is personable, friendly, and very appreciative of the customers. The portions are very generous. I’m usually a three pizza slices guy but I was extremely full after only two slices. The potato and eggs hero and fries are amazing. It’s located in a small, unassuming place so if you’re just driving around looking for a place to eat you might miss it, which is a shame because if it were easier to spot from the road this place would have more business than they could handle.
My wife and I ordered a bunch of different items, including slices and two giant knots . The pizza was OK, although everything was cold (1.5 hours for delivery, we live 2 miles away). The giant knots were just sandwiches with garlic butter on a plain kaiser bun.
The best Pizza restaurant in East Patchogue area. Mario, the owner cares greatly about the well being of his customers. The food is delicious and this restaurant is very clean. I will highly recommend it to anyone.
