Buona Beef - Table reservation

I must say the burger and the Pommes were excellent! The meat was juicy, the bungalow was warm and not 5 days old and the service was excellent. And no tipping! Compare this with the new restaurant Restoration Hardware, which was opened 4 weeks ago at Oak Brook Mall, and it's not a brainer where you should go. Check out the attached photo of a $20 burger, $9 potato and $4.50 ice tea at Restoration hardware (photo on the left). What a joke for $33.50 plus tip!!! The costs at Buona Beef were under $12.00 and the food was much better hands down (photo on the eight). Go on. And I guess the restaurant was clean and fast. Congratulations!

I live very close to the one on Higgins.Tbh I will never return. I only ever order cheesey beef hot dipped. They get it wrong just about every time. Check your food before you leave. Today was the the last time. The guy said huh?...as if he's never heard of such a thing. They apparently specialize in Italian beefs, but don't really know how to make them. They also cost more than your local hot dog joint.

Clearly cannot handle night time business or the drive thru. Was trapped in the drive thru for 22 minutes. Zero urgency. Please make another lane for people to escape. I ordered a hotdog and a drink and almost took 30 minutes to get it. Never returning to this location.

This place was recently renovated. It's more open. Get the Italian beef sandwich or the combo that is the Italian beef and sausage. Don't get the Cheeseburger or the Hamburger. The beef they use is really disgusting. The staff is very friendly. Place well maintained
