He a few of his fellow staff members assisted creating my own personal dish by replacing the grilled chicken on their Caesars ' Salad with 5-inch beef slices accompanied with BBQ sauce. I suggest they call the new dish Beef Caesars ' Salad . You 're welcome. It was delicious. Plus, we had four folks in our party the total cost of the meal was under $60 including taxes tip. After moving away from Chicago land I wanted a good Italian beef and sausage... The place I used to eat lunch at once a week somehow managed to increase their cost... As well as the time it takes to make a sandwich and fries... And then on top of it decrease the actual quality.... It's really sad and a shame when such a good thing becomes more expensive, takes longer and is not the same quality as it had been for years and years
It has been years since I came to Buona and wow have they changed. Amazing salads, fish sandwiches, and of course the classic beef. Glad I came by today for lunch. I will be back on a more regular basis.... Next stop is their chicken salad pics looked great?
Food was outstanding! And service was even better. Especially sweet lady Maria she was hustling bussing tables in and out of kitchen. Just a hard worker. Establishment was very clean. Will definitely be back for the great food and srevice.

that was okay. I have a bark with the marinara sauce on it. expected the beef to fill the 7 pieces of bread, but not. the fountain machines were empty except root beer. I'll try again, but probably not in the near future.
Tried their pizza for the first time. Not bad, wish there was jalapeños on the pizza. Pizza itself was really good and looking forward to trying more items from them. I am happy todo a 4 star review for now.

Really good beef sandwiches. I highly encourage everyone to get their beef sandwich baptized which is where they dip your sandwich in au jous. Love love love!
