Ordered a burger, 4/20/24 9:30 pm. I took 1 bite and pulled out the wax paper separator. Obviously, the line cook did not even flip the burger for even cooking. When I returned to the server, she did apologize. However, the manager ignored the situation. I asked for a beef sandwich in hopes of getting my food sooner. However, after waiting another 8-10 min for the beef, I walked back up to the counter to find a burger after explaining for a 2nd time how I no longer wanted a burger. Then, I had to wait for them now to gain a simple task of making a roast beef. They still offered me the remade burger that i had to deny for a 3rd time. What a joke. The cook should be fired, and the manager need...
I absolutely love Buona Beef! It's definitely my favorite place for Chicago-style sandwiches. I particularly enjoy the combo sandwich, which features Italian beef and sausage. This location opened in December 2017, and I had a fantastic experience here. The food was delicious, and the staff was excellent.
Everything is amazing! My favorites are the protein bowls and salads. It's one of my top picks for fast food, whether dining in or using the drive-thru for Italian cuisine. The restaurant is always spotless, and the customer service and staff are excellent.

The food is better than average, but the prices are quite steep. For your chosen dish, along with fries and a small drink, you’ll be paying around $18 to $20. Honestly, it’s more economical to dine at a sit-down restaurant.
Been a regular costumer for 4 years. Overall experience still very good. Prices have gone up a lot. Still food still tastes great. Dietary restrictions: Plant base beef. Overall quality meat. Very good.
I came here a few times with my family and the food was excellent. The beef, burgers, chili dog and pizza with fries and onion rings were my family favorites.
