My husband and I have always wanted to try this restaurant because we always see it busy and we live right around the corner. Well our first time was on our anniversary and lets say it was an amazing choice for dinner! I wanted calamari and the host was very honest in telling us it was not good so he did not want to serve it and did not want me getting sick. (i?m pregnant) Most places wont tell you whats bad or not and i truly appreciated that honesty! Other than that it was such an amazing atmosphere and food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the chicken caprese, which I would place in the top five chicken dishes I've enjoyed at Italian restaurants over the past decade. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo because I couldn't resist diving right in. The chicken was served in what was probably the best balsamic reduction I've ever tasted. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be for the restaurant to promote itself on social media. When I first recommended it to my family, they thought it might have gone out of business. It was only after hearing about it from a friend that I decided to give it a try.
Absolutely fantastic! Our server was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We started with the ravioli and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers, both of which were exceptional. Our main course was outstanding as well! The highlight for me was the cannoli for dessert—it was simply unforgettable! We truly enjoyed our time here. The only thing we might change is the music; it was lounge music that felt a bit old-fashioned. However, we had such great conversations at our table that it didn’t really bother us. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday at 5:30 PM, and it wasn't crowded. The service was EXCELLENT. Our waiter was fantastic. We enjoyed the fried calamari and the mozzarella tower as appetizers, and for our main courses, I had the salmon rustic while my husband chose the shrimp fra diavolo. Both dishes were delicious. It's a BYOB place, and since we live nearby, we're happy to support local businesses. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! Book a table now
It's wonderful to have such an excellent restaurant in our small town! The chef is truly amazing! From the appetizers to the main course, every dish was delicious. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try any of the desserts because the bill was brought to us before we could order. We would have liked to take some dessert to go. We will definitely be back, and hopefully we'll get dessert to take home next time!
This place is a true gem in the heart of Haskell. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel like part of the family. The food is not only amazing and consistently delicious, but the portions are also generous. We’ve dined here frequently and have loved everything we've tried. I highly recommend this restaurant!
