I will take Buona Beef over Portillo's anyday (especially since Portillo's has been different since they sold). I always get great sandwiches from Buona and will miss their croissants! Love them baptized in great au jus… but I'm also a HUGE fan of their pasta (rigatoni, especially) and their potato salad is THE BEST.
ordered at drive through. Ordered and paid for double cheeseburger and it came with no cheese. Wife ordered a meatball sub and received an italian beef. She took it back and got the meatball sub with mozarella but they didn't bother to melt it.
Told me I had to download the app to redeem or use points lol why ask for my phone number than they have sold me food that was wrong that never got redeemed that is poor business also lady in the drive thru horrible customer service
Good food. Italian beef is well seasoned and the fries are served piping hot. Downside is the beef is really small for the price point. I don't eat big lunches and this didn't fill me up. Book a table now
Work near this location so i happen to frequent it more than normal people and its like 50/50 of them getting the order right, foods good when it is right.
Ordered a beef bowl. I got alot peppers but not very much beef maybe enough for a quarter of a beef sandwich. Very Dissatisfied. For a 12.00 plus meal.
