Burg Landshut - Table reservation

we were there for the 5th time and always very satisfied. this time we were friends who were never there. the visit was extremely embarrassing. first we waited for the entrance door until someone led us to the table. it was not much going on and 3 service staff were present. the operation could have been created alone. then the menus were given to us, we chose everything and then we were informed that ws the half of the card was not present. I quote the waitress: “Sometimes see if I come together, what is missing”. in such trips they can expect that everything is there and even if it can happen that something goes out, it should not affect the half of the card and it would have been nice to...

super tasty eating, good and friendly service, great ambiente and a grandiose view of the mosel and bernkastel kissing. only with the approach we had problems.
