We visited this restaurant some years ago, had a great meal then and decided to come back. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. We visited on a Saturday and made a reservation (which turned out to be unnecessary). For some reason they only had the reduced menu, which was a big disappointment. The house itself was nice, but the room we were seated in was dimly lit and the tables a bit run down. The food was alright, the beers were very good. Service was overall a bit slow but very nice and friendly. After we expressed our disappointment with the reduced menu, she comped our beers, which was a very nice gesture. Habe für 70 Personen reserviert. Aktuelle Speisekarte im Netz. Wurde bestätigt. Im Anschluss sagte man mir, dass es nun einen chf pro Person mehr kostet. Habe annuliert. Sorry, liebe gastrofreunde aber so nicht. Die Chefin wird sich wohl nun, wie in andern Renzensionen rausreden. Wer weiss, vielleicht gibt es bald mal wieder positives aus unserem schützenhaus. We have visited the restaurant for the first time since I has been opened again after the renovation during Corona closure. We liked the new menu, waitress was very friendly, the food delicious and it came fast. This restaurant is a must when visiting Burgdorf for everybody who likes beer and food that goes along.

Trotz Öffnungszeiten bis 00:30, wurden wir (8 Personen) um 23:30 abgewiesen. Die haben es wohl nicht nötig kurz 8 Bier zu verkaufen!

Bedienung etwas unfreundlich. Zum Bier um halb vier nicht einmal eine Bretzel !!!!
