We started out with the fried pickles, and I have to say these by far have been the best fried pickles I 've had! The urban sauce has a tiny kick, but I couldn 't stop eating it. My friend had the Sassy wings and she, said they were, The bomb! I didn 't try one hindsight which I had. My husband had the chicken burger and regular fries which he enjoyed a lot. I had the Powerhouse Veggie stacker, I wasn 't all that happy with the veggie patty was a bit bland I had to add salt and pepper to it. The staff was friendly, but the food took a while to be served. I had visited this restaurant before and was impressed by the food, but it seems like the quality has decreased. Unfortunately, my burger was overcooked. I have never been a fan of the black walls, but that was the case the first time I visited as well. Despite these issues, I returned for the delicious burgers.
My husband and I took our son for his birthday. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were great. My husband had a long island and I had a paloma. The food was very good. Hot and flavorful. They celebrated my son with an ice cream mix that was delicious also. The BBQ wings and burgers were even better the next day. Can't wait to go back.
The burgers were cooked too much to the point where they were practically impossible to eat. The wait staff appeared irritated by our group from the beginning, so we chose not to send anything back. It is frustrating to be asked how you want your food cooked only to have it come out burnt and well done.

This is my second time visiting but first time during Chicago restaurant week. The food was delicious and the RW special was almost too good to be true. The burger was juicy and i ended with a raspberry shake which was superb.
Service was great. Food was not good at all. I would not go back. Food was over priced and taste was not good. Mac and cheese was bland AF. Dry rub wings did not taste good at all. Pastrami burger was good.
The Burger Bar was amazing. I brought my family, a group of 15 people. It was my second visit, but the first time for everyone else. They all raved about their meals and the variety on the menu.
I had a great experience. I’ve never had a shrimp burger before and it was really good. I’d definitely return and try other burger experiences.
