today quite honestly I probably had one of the worst food service experiences I've ever had. I asked for ketchup for my friends because they didn't get one and I was fully attacked by the wut at 9:25 on a Saturday. as a customer two additional ketchup for a person who would never get one would be called a simple task, but the many thought others wise. he went to remove ketchup placed by my spokesman that she was a doll. not complaining to her. the man continued to remove ketchup from my tablet. what a respectless manager. first it is really expensive in comparison to popeyes and kfc. I bought 3 pieces and there were almost $9. I was so hungry that I didn't think about the price until I saw him and ate. I asked for a ride they gave me maic kartoffel and gravy! it was terrible. it was cold and maish potato was unseasonal. they gave me the smallest prize they could think of. they would think they've got a big piece since his $9. even popeyes give them a great love with their regular combo. never again.
Was told I had to try this place and I don't think it's worth the hype. Went twice to give it a fair shot, had the Conductor burger which was good, not great and the cheese fries the first time and they were bland. And for $16, not even close to worth the money. Second time had the spicy chicken sandwich and the gravy fries. The sandwich was mildly spicy but also bland like the gravy on the fries. I certainly won't go out of my way to come back here.
Drive thru on a sunday morning EXTREMELY SLOW 3 cars ahead of me and almost 10 min only one car moved the drive up speaker is broken and i decided to go to a deli and spend my money there great service and friendly staff

I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. They were both cold. I added cheese and of course the cheese wasn’t melted because the chicken wasn’t hot. Fail. They did get the iced tea lemonade correct.
I had a cheese burger and chicken sandwich. The burger was not very juicy. The chicken was okay. All in all, not on the better side of a burger joint as I remember from the past.
Pretty good burgers but the best thing to order is their cheese fries. They have some of the BEST cheese fries I have ever had. I honestly don’t know how they make them SO good.
love this place has a cool mood with a top bar type area that I do not expect. solid choice if they are looking for almost food type, but not a fan of mcdonald’s or wendy’s.
