I ordered after 20 minutes waiting as they only had one person working on the till always great. . Once I ordered waited a further 15/20 mins. I asked for large meal got small chips and drinks. I asked if the sides I ordered were in the bag naming each side I ordered the girl said yes all in the bag sir. Returning to my job with my co worker burgers looked slapped together by a seal on work experience. I understand it’s fast food n cheap however it wasn’t fast and there’s has to be some sort of standard. I could of sat down in Nando’s and ordered a burger and a beer and got that quicker. I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon around 2:20 pm. After placing my order, I waited for almost 30 minutes. Some customers ahead of me had been waiting even longer. Eventually, I requested a refund as I needed to catch a bus. However, I was given my order by the manager instead. The portions were extremely small, with the fries being the tiniest I had ever received. The burger looked nothing like the one advertised and was very dry. I could only imagine how long it had been sitting under the heat lamp. If I didn't have to catch my bus, I would have definitely returned the meal. If this restaurant doesn't improve drastically, it should not stay in business. I suggest Burger King...
Well me and the wife fancied a lovely night out with everywhere booked we resorted to the romantic heaven of Burger King. And wow what a night it was. After ordering the whopper with chips and 7up we ate in complete luxury with mould coming out the sofas whilst my wife devoured a double bacon cheeseburger. Although the food took an hour to make we completely understood as the cashier only had one eye and they had to chop the cow and cook it. Overall, the burgers are fresh homemade and quite delicious whilst the restaurant was easily 5 stars. I’ll be visiting soon after another awful shag with the wife
Never again. Waited in-store for 35 minutes after placing order, watching one delivery driver after another collect their orders. Finally complained and had to remind the server what I ordered. Got home and half the food was missing. The staff clearly couldn't cope with both in-store customers and delivery orders. Dreadfully understaffed. Spoke to UK customer services, and two days later I've had no response from the email they told me to send!

whilst the food was good, was not impressed with the staff, instead of wiping the tables which really should be essential and they needed cleaning they including the manager lolled about on the service counter talking . but the highlight has to be when a female member of staff started rolling a cigarette needless to say at this point we left
I believe the management and staff at this location have undergone a change because the food and service were previously subpar. However, upon revisiting a year later, I noticed a significant improvement in both the quality of the food and service. I no longer have to travel to Newmarket for a good burger.
The restaurant has a run-down feel and lacks ambiance. The staff seems poorly trained, unresponsive, and disinterested. Our order was also late. In addition, the location is poor, leading to dim lighting and a dull atmosphere.
I wanted a cheeseburger meal but unfortunately Burger King didn't seem to sell the cheeseburgers as a meal so I had to order fries and drink all separate, other than that I had no issues
