I’m giving 2 stars, understanding that they’re understaffed, but the overall service was quite poor. The food is consistent with other Burger Kings if you stick to basic orders. When we visited, there were only 3 employees working, with two people ahead of me in line and about three cars in the drive-thru. It took around 8 minutes for the first person to be served and another 5 minutes for us to reach the front. After that, we waited an additional 20 minutes to receive 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 Whopper Juniors. Burger King could really use some serious staff training. First and foremost, the food needs to be served hot. It's crucial that the staff doesn’t mix up orders either. They should also offer extras for the burgers when customers ask for them. I forgot to request cheese, assuming it was included, but they never suggested adding it. My burger came cold, and the fries were cold as well. On top of that, their menu only offers small fries, no large sizes. When I voiced my disappointment, they did bring me a second small portion, but I had already paid $4 expecting a large. Overall, it seems like the management at Burger King isn’t handling things very well.
I placed a mobile order when the restaurant and drive-thru were both empty, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes before I had to go ask someone about it. I had specifically requested that my food be made fresh, which they did, but by the time I received it, it was completely cold. I’ve been trying to give Burger King the benefit of the doubt, but it seems like there’s a problem at every location I visit. On top of that, the lack of professionalism at this Burger King was disappointing, as employees were using inappropriate language.
Never eat here. The food was stale and cold, and my order was completely wrong. There was no ice for the soda machine, and the soda tasted off. The manager claimed the door was broken, but it was deliberately locked because the drive-thru was busy, preventing customers from entering the front. There was another couple inside with us, and customers outside were locked out with the door locked from the inside. A total waste of time and money. I won’t be returning.

Wow! Who's behind this transformation? This restaurant typically serves average food—around a solid 5 out of 10. But today, everything, from my fries to the burger and chicken sandwich I ordered, was exceptionally fresh and satisfying! I’d give it a perfect 10 out of 10! I understand it's just fast food, but quality is so important, and if it maintains this level of freshness, it would be hard to rate it any lower! Thank you for a delightful lunch!
I visited a Burger King in West Sacramento, near the Ikea Walmart. The restaurant was spacious and clean, with only a few customers present. The burgers were tasty and generously portioned. The customer service was also good. However, the restroom was closed, and I had to request that an employee unlock it and restock the soap. Overall, it was a decent experience.
Ordered through the app and still missing items in my order. Like how do you miss the item with only me ordering? No wonder it’s always empty.

It was ok. Got the 2 for 5 whoppers. Not so whopping. Will order the large burger next time.
