Burgers are getting smaller or have become smaller. LongChickenBurger looks at least 2-3cm shorter and thinner. Employees eat behind the counter “without gloves”, fries from the hairdresser’s eye. Nobody says “Hello” or any other kind of kindness. Only the order number. is called into the room and then the discussion continues. The customer is treated like dirt. Now I know why it was so empty there at 7 p.m. At the Mac Donalds 50m away, they bring you food and are friendly! Was there last time. The burger wasn't good either
I ate some very delicious barger for lunch today. Had very friendly customer service The little woman worked quickly under so much stress She gives us a lovely smile and friendly customer service
Service is terrible and they always mix up the orders if you point it out they just give you a side eye and you have to wait another 10min for that one thing they forgot.
Disaster that food was cold, wings were not delivered! Every attempt to reach BK was unsuccessful! Never again!
