It is spacious, but they seemed short staff. A bit to get my food and one of the guys seemed stressed and rushed to get the orders out so he gave me the wrong order and a girl had to help correct it. You were kind. The food was good and fresh. Update: The girl on the drive thru hurried me and I still got pickles in my food when I asked no one. The older lady in the first window was very rude. Did not confirm us at least 1 min in the window. while the window was open and she was on the computer.
Avoid going to the BK restaurant at 3870 International Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20906. They will refuse to honor BK coupons that are not profitable to them. I tried to use a $1 Whopper coupon and they flatly refused to honor it claiming it was a mobile only coupon when it wasn't. Also avoid the one in Veirs Mill Rd as both are owned by the same franchisee.
Don?t! They messed up my order and their idea of correction was to hand me a small cardboard container with the bacon pickles. I reminded them that this behavior ?work ethic? is why people have low opinions of others.
I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I got to say their service is always excellent and they keep the spot neat all the time. Prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions. Book a table now
The food was great the service was ok. Now the only problem I have is that they did not honored other BK chain with the 2 Whoppers for 5 dollars , or the 2 whoppers meals small for $10.
It's a hamburger joint that serves decent hamburgers. Drive thru ser ice has been good when I visited. A little hard to get back on Veirs Mill.
We ordered two fish sandwiches and french fries The fish was burnt and our french fries were cold!! They refused to replace the fish.
