Recently, feeling broke and hungry, I thought of Burger King and those tasty Junior Whoppers. They seemed like a great deal! So, I went through the drive-thru and ordered two plain Junior Whoppers. I also noticed they had nuggets for $3.99, so I decided to try those as well. When I got my order, the bag felt surprisingly light, but I shrugged it off. As soon as I opened one of the burgers, I was shocked—it was so small I could have eaten it in one bite! I honestly had to look around to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. When I spoke to the manager, they stated that while the ad claims the Whopper is $3.99, we are charged $5.99 and they do not provide receipts. I used the app to place my order, but the staff said it didn't show correctly on their screen and refused to make any corrections. This has also resulted in Crown points that I should have earned not being applied to my account. Although this location is more convenient for me, I am seriously considering traveling further away for a more accurate representation of their pricing and advertising. I might even go to Crestwood or Orland, where I feel that my support for their business is actually valued through better service.
I feel like I was just robbed of $12 for a fish with cheese combo with a water. I did not eat most of it because it was a greasy mess and inedible. I'd like to say that Burger King has apparently ran out of fucks to give, seems as if they stop giving a damn years ago. The lot and the drive-through area is horrible. The woman working the drive-through was incoherent snd She had an attitude for no reason, and the main guy that was working, had his pants below his behind. I wish I can get my $12 back as well as my 25 minutes. Next time I'd rather travel 25 miles then to go and eat there again. Tri City Foods, shut the store down already.
This is a review I drafted a year ago, but never posted. Long wait times horrible service, mgt argues with staff in front of customers. One female employee dropped the F Bomb. Food was not up to burger King standards, I actually threw away the second chicken sandwich I ordered. Because it looked as though the employee spread an absurd amount of mayo on it intentionally. Not sure if things have changed at this location, but I will never know. Because I will never eat there again Book a table now
Welcome to Burger King! How may I help you? If this is the kind of welcome you love, pick another location. I don 't know about the food yet. I 'm the 6th car in the drive thru at 3:15 in the afternoon and this is now more like an all-day excursion than a fast food experience. So pretty much regardless of the food is rather feel like someone really cared I even showed up.
Highly do not recommend. I paid for a mobile order, in which they messed up the request. Even paid extra to have cheese no cheese added. Onions and tomatoes all over when i requested them not to be. Maltreatment requested i tell them what was on my order because if the order was there, but they couldn't see what was on it.
I visited this Burger King on a Sunday night specifically for a large order of fries. Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness of the restaurant to be below standard, and the employees' uniforms did not appear clean. Additionally, the way food was being handled raised some concerns for me.
Just stopped there yesterday and these folks certainly understand Quality Control. My Whopper was unsurpassed by any other Burger King that I have visited. The fries were hot crispy and my Dr Pepper was perfectly mixed and iced. Thanks to the Cal Park crew!! Book a table now
