The manager at this location has terrible customer relation skills. I made an order thru my phone app and 2 of my burgers were missing ingredients. I brought them back to the manager he agreed and took them both to the kitchen to get corrected. After receiving them back one of the burgers was still missing and ingredient. I took out back to the manager again and he told me that the reason they didn’t corrected it was because I didn’t tell him the first time it was missing the ingredient. I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. I waited for my food, which was clearly visible, and when I asked the manager about the delay, she responded with, "We're busy," while raising her voice at me. I could see that, but I also noticed that five other customers who arrived after me were already getting their meals.

I recently ordered a candy bacon Whopper and had high hopes for such an expensive sandwich, but it turned out to be a total disappointment.
