Tonight I went with my children, they love burger king crowns ?, I ordered our food, the first girl who served us was very friendly, when I returned home I ordered takeout again, a very rude girl served me, I barely ordered 4 chicken nuggets and He charged me, he didn't let me finish ordering, I asked him why he was so rude, he wasn't even busy, I told him it wasn't right since I worked at Burger King, I was a manager and I know his rules, he went with the others and made fun of me, just I went because my children love their hearts and their play area, I hope they improve their attitude, we customers pay for the food, we are not going to ask for free.
I have been to many Burger King locations, but this one is the worst by far. At night, they often ignore the drive-through even when they are clearly there. During the day, you can wait up to 20 minutes in the drive-through even when there is no line. You have to repeatedly remind them of the sauces you want, and even then, they might purposely give you the wrong ones just to deter you from coming back. It's a terrible experience overall.
I watched them literally microwave a couple of burgers and hand them to some poor guy in the drive through. I asked them to please not do that with my order and she just rolled her eyes at me and said dassa de rules . Got my food and it was cold. I guess they just pre make stuff and hope someone orders it so they can just heat it up in a microwave...
The people in this Burger King are very rude. They had Latino background. don’t get me wrong I’m not being racist. I went to another Burger King that has let you know background people and they are very nice. Specially Centereach and Farmingville, I don’t know why they very, very rude.

I just wanted to share my experience: I arrived at the drive-thru at 12:49 AM, but I was denied service even though the advertised closing time is 1 AM.
The burgers here are sloppy, chiken is meh, and the workers are a bit rudeThe prices are also steep for the quality of food you get.
Steaming hot food, clean as a whistle, fast service and with a smile, this is the BEST Burger King EVER !!!!!!!!!!

We really enjoy Burger King in Centereach. The entire staff, from Tom to Zion, is wonderful!
