Dear Burger King (Ferndale), I respect your right to close when you deem necessary but could you please update your hours because earlier I drove over 6 miles in pursuit of an impossible Burger. Now my time and gas has been wasted with no way of being reimbursed, and I still don't have any food UNHAPPY!!!!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Overall, it’s a decent experience. The food is served hot, the tables are kept clean, the restrooms are well-stocked with toilet paper, and the drive-thru service is quick. I would say it’s a much better option than the Burger King located a bit farther south toward downtown.
Arrived 8am nobody ever came to service me. Sign says opens at 8am, so I waited , 8:15 sitting in drive through several cars drive away I’m still waiting . Terrible service ! Meal type: Breakfast
The staff were nice and friendly. However, the exterior could use a bit of cleaning. I noticed some dried spit on the menu board and the drive-thru window. Book a table now
The food is well-prepared for a Detroit BK. It's conveniently located next to a Sunoco gas station at the southeast corner of Woodward and Davidson.
Wish I could give no stars...I paid for cheese on my whopper and no cheese,bread wasn't toasted and I waited 30 minutes in drive through with 1 car
