10-24-23 around 3pm very rude assistant manager with a ring in her nose and clear glasses refused to give a refund after service was completely wrong and the food was old. Asked for her name she said i don 't have one as her and another employee laughed at me. Never in my life have I been treated so badly from a Burger king employee. Might be a good idea for the regular manager to not leave these two employees at the helm. This assistant manager in training also told me if I don 't move my car she will call the police. For shame Burger King you should really train your assistant managers better. If she makes manager there is something wrong with this place.
No eat-in Just drive-thru And I'm New Yorker and I can't beleive the prices The ice cream soft serve was for just 0.50$ That's amazing And the place has 2 play-grounds The first one is indoor and the other one outdoor And both are soo good But during the quarantine and the 6 feet distance no one aloud to use it but after that of course you can
Very nice and fairly clean Burger King. The manager starting barking orders and mistakes at the staff because the line was getting a little backed up. The level of frustration was really unnecessary. I work retail and know the job can be demanding. I felt like I was a bother having asked for BBQ sauce and ketchup for my kids nuggets.
Certainly not your average Burger King. Multiple level seating, plenty of order takers and people to help serve food. Inside and outside playground and playplace. Food was good, service was excellent: multiple order takers and manager helped complete our breakfast and lunch orders. Way to go, BK!

Staff and manager were extremely nice which is a rarity in fast food nowadays. Building is going through some much needed renovations and the inside and outside playgrounds are great
