(1) Well integrated with the mobile app, but when you go to pick up the order, the order information isn't readily visible (e.g., an easy to find number) and if the staff is busy you'll have to find it on your own. (2) Their impossible burger isgreat, though when two patties are ordered, they've forgotten to add the 2nd one on several occasions. (3) Lettuce, pickles,tomato quality is lacking. Take home and make it real with fresh veggies.
No one here really a) speaks English and b) even know that a Burger King app even exists. I was redeeming a coupon and the manager looked so confused. He was asking what it was and started speaking Spanish? could he not read? I read it to him and hebegrudgingly figured it out, after throwing his hands up and walking away for a minute. Very rude. They need training on theirown app AND customer service. Won?t come back.
What’s not to love about Burger King? I really appreciate good service, which can sometimes be hit or miss at fast food restaurants. One of the employees was working incredibly hard to ensure that everyone was attended to respectfully and promptly. We ended up getting an extra order because they accidentally made it twice, so I can’t complain about that at all. Keep up the great work, and we’ll definitely be back!
I usually avoid fast food places, but I decided to give Burger King a chance and try their new crispy chicken sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was! The chicken was fresh and moist, served on a delicious bun with a great hot sauce. Even the fries were outstanding. I’ll definitely be back for more soon! Book a table now
The service here is outstanding. The interior is quite clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. If you're placing a large order, they offer the option to customize it to your needs. Overall, a great experience!

This place it?s not clean Tables ceilings bathrooms etc if this is what we see how will it be inside with the food? I hope the health department is present in this place
