Went here because sign on the side of the business read Lobby Open . I had some time to waste before meeting someone a few miles away. I park, I walk up to the door... Locked, shocker I think to myself. Why do so many of these restaurants have huge lobby open signs only to have the doors locked? I reluctantly ended up going through the drive through, my past I don 't know how many experiences with Burger Kings ' drive through and yes thats with an s have been awful. The one at duck lake on 59, horrible the one next to Lakeland Ice arena, horrible. I went to this restaurant after 10:00pm and was informed that I couldn't place separate orders, only one order per car. When I requested my burger to be cut in half, I was told that they don't cut burgers during the night shift due to understaffing. It didn't make sense to me since they could easily cut it while preparing the burger. I will not be returning to this Burger King in the future.
The food was tasty and delicious. I appreciate that they are trying their best to keep the customers satisfied, even though they are short-staffed. I commend them for their hard work and thank them for doing their best. Keep up the good work!

They are usually pretty quick here, onlu downside is they are out of things sometimes, and this new stupid implimentation of a late nite menu which excludes the spicy chking which is arguably the best thing they have.
from here ordered by the mobile app, on the other day at 18:30 clock and when I came to the restaurant to get my food, they were closed and still accused me $20 for the order I never received
eating was not fresh at the whole trip thru lasted like 10 minutes. un friendly staff and tried to load for 2 sauce packs after I spent 34 dollars. I didn't know.
Waited about 5 minutes at the speaker, in silence, before my order was taken. Then my fries seemed like they had been sitting out for awhile. Not fresh.
