Every time I go to this location (which is very rare), nothing seems to improve. It takes 5 mins for anyone to address you in the drive thru. Get to the window and they want you to pull up. The person in the window always looking like they're eating something. Three customers inside the store and 2 in drive thru. WHY does it take 10 min to get an order out? I don't see how they stay open.
Waited thirty minutes for my order (2 Whopper Jrs). The worker brought out customers' orders after me. She finally asked me what I ordered. After I told her, she brought it to me. It's a shame that I placed this order, drive-thru, at 6:45 pm and didn't get it until 7:15 pm.
I have to say that the Whoppers at Burger King on Thomas Road in West Monroe are just as delicious now as they were the first time I tried them. The onion rings are also a perfect complement. Keep up the good work!
The food was served lukewarm and lacked seasoning, with undercooked meat. The ice cream did not have the firm texture typically found at other Burger King locations. Additionally, the onion rings were stale. Book a table now
Worse whopper I ever had. Tomatoes and lettuce wasn't fresh. Cold. Look like it's was just sitting there. Onion rings were soggy and cold.
The food was tasty, but unfortunately, I did not receive my order of 8 pieces of cheesy tots.
