Where to start. Firstly the queue. I counted at least 60 people in front of me . Yes, sixty and that's being conservative. Took 45m to get to the counter. The journey through the tunnel was quicker. Chips and rubbish on the floor of the seating area and on the tables. No one cleaning anything and that includes the kitchen where it was just as bad. Thee were only seven people on when it need at least double. One person feeding the burger machine, four serving and two prepping the food. Manager no where to be seen and I can't blame them. He/she would've been lynched.It was a shambles. No cleaning whatsoever. No hairnets worn and the place was filthy. The server ended up walking off and dumping...
When we stopped at the Eurotunnel we decided to get a Burger King expecting it to be reliable. The staff here were miserable and the queue was ridiculous. However, neither of these things even compared to how horrendous the food was. We ordered a cheeseburger, two chicken tender crisps and two steakhouse burgers. The only edible thing was the cheeseburger. The steakhouse burgers were disgusting, but they were nothing compared to the chicken tender crisps. The chicken was neither tender nor crispy, consisting of a barely cooked chicken breast (possible health hazard) and soggy batter. These guys couldn't organise a you-know-what in a brewery. Unbelievably slow, got to the top of the queue to discover this till didn't have a working card machine and I'd have to start queuing again for the till that could deal with cards. Why they couldn't have made that detail available to the queuing customers is beyond me. Don't bother, you'll be off the train in about 30 minutes and even if you're traveling to Inverness, you'll still be home with a roast dinner prepared from scratch before you'll get your burger.
Restaurant a complete mess despite being quiet with hardly a customer in sight. Bin overflowing. Several items ordered were unavailable. Burger had water dripping from it and fries luke-warm. I guess being in the Eurotunnel terminal they don't feel they have to make any effort, however an experience like this puts one off the brand generally.

The channel tunnel crossings were running late and we were hungry for some supper. Not really our thing but we ordered food. Freshly cooked, hot and ok overall. Chips were good. Staff under alot of pressure and coped well given the demand. Well done.
had to eat here as there was not much choice in the terminal. I know where we travel through the euro tunnel in France, but with the amount of English and other nationalities, they would expect the menu in French and English.
lunch here with two colleagues before they were back to the U.K place was clean and fortunately it was not busy. cheese lover raclette, triple cheese and big fish burger were in order. all chips were good.
I had a double whopper with cheese and fries. It was not really what I wanted but at midnight there was no other option. The service was very good and the burger also tasty, much better than McDonald's1
