Two years ago, I could confidently say that this place was ok. Today, however, I can say that it will be my last visit. tldr: got orders wrong with increased frequency, bad quality, no improvement I can only forgive getting my order wrong so many times. I can forgive giving me chicken wings instead of my chicken strips. But I cannot forgive the attempt to short change me a drink, 4 nuggets and a packet of fries I paid for. Went there twice within a week, but scanning the QR code on the BurgerKing app didn 't work on either of the two (intended attempts (to collect crowns . Then I just left without having accomplished anything. I would have liked to order a steakhouse menu each, but I didn 't want to give away almost 190 Crowns. The employee at the counter couldn 't/wouldn 't help either. What a shame! Ironically, there was a lot of advertising for the app and myBurgerKing on each of the ordering screens and even pointed out that scanning the QR code now doesn 't work, which is ridiculous. Leider wirklich eine Katastrophe. Von A-Z. Unfreundlich, langsam, frech, faul, uninteressiertes Pesonal…. Das Essen ist meist okay aber es fehlt ungelogen JEDESMAL etwas wenn ich mit meinen Kollegen Essen bestelle, zum mitnehmen meist ärgerlich, beim da essen ist es ja nicht so schlimm aber trotzdem speziell…. Eismaschiene zu 90% „defekt“ und ich gehe min. 1x pro Woche für Eis dahin (ich liebe dieses Eis einfach, entsprechend ist meine Enttäuschung riesig wenn jedesmal die Antwort „gibts nix glace ciao“ kommt.. Bin ansonsten nicht so mit Bewertungen etc aber irgendwann reichts auch…
I'm someone who prefers to read reviews rather than write them, but for the first time I really have no choice. 2.9 stars out of a possible 5 says a lot. .The purest impudence!! The prices are crazy (2 individual burgers 20.30 CHF), but if the food is also served cold, it's the worst!! If anyone wants to imagine what it tasted like, then this is it; A 3 day old burger from the fridge! The BK there can be anything but definitely not fresh! I'm just at a loss for words... just pathetic! Avoid the shop...

The food is a matter of taste but the service is not that good. My colleague wanted to order 2 menus from the little pieces of paper that are usually in the newspaper and then got angry because it was still more expensive than usual, so he only got 1 menu and I had to Explain to him that something like that shouldn't be allowed and that he would rather leave it out in the future and won't go there anymore.
Like all Burger King, you should order at the machine. But the staff was friendly, and it worked without it. The offer is really delicious. Better, much better than the equally well-known competitor. If fast food, then I recommend Burger King
Waited 30 minutes for a menu that was ordered at the checkout in Burger King. The staff is completely overwhelmed with just a few guests. They should definitely be trained better
