Ordered at the drive thru. Lady on the intercom was rude. When I got up to the window I could tell it was the blonde middle aged woman who was on the intercom. she was yelling at the rest of the staff and making the younger workers uneasy. When my food was finally ready they handed me two bags thru the window at the same time and dropped one of them on the ground outside. I asked for my food to be remade and met with rudeness from the same woman. the replacement food was the wrong order. Sent a complaint on the website and the digital staff added $15 to my account and said they can't handle the restaurant itself. I have yet to hear anything from this location. i'm not happy.
Worst experience I have ever encountered in a Canadian restaurant. I got free coupon for any whopper or chicken meal from a Burger King restaurant . I ordered impossible whopper meal . When I present my coupon , I was told that I have to pay for the patty despite coupon precisely mentioned all whopper meal free . What a bummer and insult in front of others . Seems to me I was discriminated being a person of colour . Manager was observing from the back but didn’t come forward to resolve the issues . I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to any person of colour for sure .
Would have given 5 starts but I have few let peeves here1. All deals include either whoppers or chicken but not a single deal with cheese burgers and/or poutine.2. It seems like they have added extra salt in their gravy as the poutine was extremely salty so I was not impressed3. The Pops were flat and it seemed like I paid the combo meal but got just cheese burger
rushing at drive thru. Also does not mix their pop correctly.. tastes like water w fizz it's gross and the lids are not secured on, spilled all over my 3 year old!
