Title: Disappointing Experience at the Restaurant I had a really disappointing visit to this restaurant. The service was subpar, primarily due to the store manager, Nancy. She was quite rude and made disparaging remarks about customers right in front of us, assuming we wouldn't understand her Spanish. Additionally, it took her about 10 minutes to take our orders while she appeared to be just sitting in her office. I also noticed her making unkind comments to her employees in Spanish, which seemed to negatively impact their morale. You could truly see the low spirits on their faces. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that I hope gets addressed.
