We tried the new Kebab Döner Burger and it was a disaster. 1. The shop itself wasn't clean. The digital outdoor advertising was mirrored and, on top of that, covered with their own advertising. 2. The service doesn't speak German. Sure, the young man needs to learn. But at the cash register? Of course, the answer was, he must have gotten two chicken dishes instead of one chicken and one beef. 3. The burger was the worst thing I've ever eaten in my life. Let's get to the chicken. It was chicken nuggets, and on top of the chicken nuggets were sliced chicken breast. The onions were so thickly sliced, when you bit into them, it just tasted like onions and a sour sauce. Unfortunately, our visit was a complete disappointment. We ordered four children's meals – although the cashier told us there were no toys, there was no indication of this in the store. This is, of course, particularly disappointing for children. The burgers were drenched in mustard, making them inedible. Even a small concession, such as ice cream or something similar, was not offered. The restrooms were not clean, and there was no toilet paper – an absolute no-go. Good afternoon, I was at your Burger King at 3:20 pm. There was a slim, black-haired woman there, not the one with the mask, but the other one in a hoodie. I think she's Indian. Very unfriendly and unpleasant, she talked behind every customer's back (gossiping and laughing at them because of how they look). I will never come back to your restaurant.
I ordered 2 burgers at the drive in. While eating I realized that they were bad. They were exchanged and they were luke warm. After eating them I got a stomach ache. When I look at the reviews I should think about replacing the staff and the management immediately said something like that with a cheek

Terrible, terrible. I ordered the chicken menu for 12 euros. I ordered a large potato. The fries were open, cold, undercooked and half sent. The greens and parsley in the burger were sent rotten. I do not recommend you to eat here. If I were to give you a score, I would say -10.
The worst Burger King branch I've ever seen. The drive-thru looks like it's closed, completely littered with trash, and run-down. The burgers were lukewarm and tasted like they'd been sitting in the display for two days. Unfortunately, the second order was consistently poor.
The food was delicious, which is the most important thing. It wasn't busy, and the atmosphere was a bit dated. I didn't like the menu; it was confusing.
No toys for the kids, some burgers were cold... haven't been to such a bad Burger King in a long time.
