Got scammed on their 'Duo ' and 'Trio ' deals. Their menu specifically says that the duo is $5 and the trio is $7. Yet it is a $1 more for each and they say the sign isn 't up to date but on the same sign it says to ask the front for the deal but they won 't give it to you for that price. Also their chicken sandwich 2 for $5($6) doesn 't work and they try to charge you full price per sandwich which is a ridiculous $7+ Only good thing is that the location is open 24hours so you can go in anytime to get charged full price for the chicken sandwiches In the drive thru there a massive hole about 14 inches deep. I discovered a mouse dropping on my burger bun at this restaurant, which left me feeling extremely disgusted and shaken. I typically avoid fast food, but after a long day of school shopping, I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced my distrust of fast food establishments. Upon checking their health inspection records, I noticed an issue with trash management, which likely attracts rodents. I strongly urge health inspectors to revisit this restaurant promptly.
The wait time is longer than typical fast food, but I always get freshly made food when using the drive-thru. However, when I’ve ordered inside at the counter, the food has often been served cold. Occasionally, the staff taking orders seem to only understand the menu item names in English, so I would avoid asking questions or requesting changes that might cause confusion.
I felt compelled to leave this review because of the exceptional assistance we received from the young woman at the front during our visit today. Despite the obvious staffing shortage, she went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I got the drinks we wanted when the machine outside was out of order. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I don't usually go for fast food, as I often find many places to be dirty and poorly maintained. However, this Burger King was in great shape—clean and efficient! The staff were exceptional, definitely a 10/10. I'm not sure if it's always like this, but my experience yesterday afternoon around 5 or 6 PM was fantastic! Thank you so much!
