This is not the first time that it’s been this way We went and ordered our food, however, we then waited for 15 minutes for our food, there was only 1 other family sitting in and 2 people waiting for their food. So it was not busy. 1 person waiting for there food ordered after us and got there food before us. The Angus Burger at Steakhouse is decent! Priced at £8, it's not exactly cheap, but the taste is worth it. The restaurant had only 3 to 4 customers, so there was not much of a wait. It's a quiet atmosphere where you can relax and stay for a while.
Just wanted to have a meal with family while out and about here in this city, the starring from one of the workers, a young lady was unbelievable. Not sure for the reason for the starring, but it was very uncomfortable. I won't go back there.
I found an ant in my chips and I was extremely upset about it. I was just looking forward to enjoying my fries after a long day at work. I was shocked by this serious safety issue and will never return to this restaurant.
