Something positive. The fries were fresh and hot. But the burger was only warm and not really great. The staff isn't at all. No one pays a glimpse. It is not desired good day or good appetite and a thank you or please do not exist. Everyone looks sad therefore and says no single word. You almost have to get a bad conscience when you order there and the poor employees still need to work. I think you'd better go to MC Donalds for poor employees.
Attention: the parking is monitored by a private company and you cannot park there for more than 60 minutes. We were there for over 60 minutes (ateed and drank, so left money there) and now have to pay 40€ penalty. What an absolutely unfair treat the customer. We had a nice chat and the time was over. And then you have to pay 40€, although you were a customer, in my opinion is an ABSOLUTE FRECHHEIT. I'm going to enter NIE again.
After 5 minutes, the food was completely cold. The Cola was scary and the staff so unfriendly that I won't go there anymore. It wasn't just that, it seems the normal state was there. Unfriendly, rude and bad, cold food at the prices is not at all.
15 min waiting time is too long. Then forget toys and drink. Majo instead of ketchup. Cucumbers on burgers although explicitly ordered without cucumbers and a burger cold. Full catastrophe of the store, at least during my visit.
