Burger King is literally stealing money from me! I ordered on the Burger King app to pick up at the restaurant. I ordered 2 ice cream cones but when I got to the restaurant the ice cream machine was broken, of course. The employees tried to offer me a substitute but I wanted a refund back to my credit card but I was told to go back on to the app to talk to customer service. The customer service is just an automated message system that keeps trying to offer me credit to Burger King. I cannot recommend this business! They require employees to disassemble equipment that shouldn't be their responsibility. The general manager, Vanessa, is terrible; she manipulates employees' days off, resulting in them working six to seven days in a row without any time off. She also misuses her power due to her family connections, as her mother and aunt are her bosses.
Honestly I rather wait the McDonalds on demaree then wait at a drive thru where there’s many employees bsing. The guy in front of me was waiting longer than I and the only car in front of him was a person waiting for their food at the drive thru window. You can’t expect much at this store. Either bad food or bad service.
I visited the location on Demaree last night, and my chicken fries were quite stale. They also forgot my drinks. When I called back today, the service was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Burger had no flavor fries were cold lettuce looked old and soggy tasted old last time we come here!! For what we paid not worth it!!!

Clean building. Food served in a quick manner. Got my usual a Whopper, fries, and soda. Cooked exactly right!
Fries were cold. Burger was cold. I asked for Sprite and got coke. Won't go back.
