Ordered two original chicken sandwiches. Asked to add tomatos after paying but while sandwhiches were being built. Said i would pay for them. They told me there was no way to do that. That i should have asked before paying. I have severe ADHD and simple forgetfulness like this happens all the time. When i recieved my sandwhiches (without tomatos) i went to the counter to order tomatos. They told me they couldnt sell me tomatos because there was no button for it. And i said, okay, well ring me up for a $1 drink, and give me tomatos instead. They said they couldnt do that. So i said, then just give me some tomatos. Its like 40 cents. This location refuses to put their I d store number on their receipts, nor provide it when asked. I called and asked for the store number. They hung up on me. I called back. She answered with, Fort Smith Police Department. I still asked; what is your store ID number? She asked; what is this about? I said: I have a receipt and I need your ID number for a survey for a free Whopper. She said; we don't do surveys at this store ma'am. I said; I'm coming in and I'm going to get names and numbers. The cashier was extremely rude! I placed my order on the app, and when receiving my order that was not ready I was missing a wrap she then took my receipt and proceeded to read every item one by one and say that’s in there after each except I was missing a wrap and sauce she was really rude for no reason. When we got home I discovered that my jr whopper with cheese had no cheese. Which I could’ve over looked although it is an up charge but with the terrible service coupled with the missing items I felt like I needed to share. I hope this improves because Rogers ave Burger King is absolutely doing a much better job!
Good prices on the other burgers the place is clean and they got bunches prices on their burgers and they got good parking spots and the bathroom is clean
