The workers are very friendly and make even a simple trip through the drive thru enjoyable. They have been out of items frequently but either offer you an alternative or ask you to mark it as unavailable on the app, not a big deal but definitely an inconvenience since I've gone a few times for certain items (whoppers and chicken fries) and do not know they're unavailable until Ive already paid through the app and am trying to pick up. Food has been fresh and tasty, especially those wraps . I haven't been in years and got a sudden pregnancy craving a few weeks ago and have been at least once weekly since then. Yum
This establishment doesn't have the qualifications to stay open, there's always something missing, i ordered a cold drink with points in the app and they didn't have it and they refunded me with a $3 coupon i placed an order today 07/04/24 and applied the coupon and paid 4 BACON KING, when I get to the drive-thru, the attendant says something is missing, and they always say there's nothing in the store, that store can't stay open.
TWICE in 2 days I ordered through Doordash, received sealed bags with NO cheesy tots! Come on . . . It's not rocket science to get 3 items right in an order! I have also had some minor problems when I have picked up my orders. imho the manager needs to be FIRED!
For a burger King, this was pretty decent. More modern. Friendly staff.
