Terrible! Mid-May 2024, this location is in a remodeling phase. Just one employee is doing everything: She takes orders, charges, cooks, delivers to your car, the only way is possible there. After charging for your order, she asks you to exit the Drive Through,and park in front of tge restaurant. Really? Only one person doing all this? If the owner of this franchise cannot afford an EXTRAORDINARY Drive Through Only service, he or she must close entirely this restaurant. Shouldn't operate this business. I don't believe it's fulfilling the conditions signed when acquiring the franchise. If only the Corporate people from Burger King knew about this, . . . . . . .
Will I have a problem with 2 whoppers? And one drink $25 at Oceanside Burger King. I think you guys are ripping me off. What are drag and y'all suck just saying, and I tried to get ahold of the store try to get ahold of corporate guess what no one answers. Problem problem with my people, 911 problem with my people. Going inside is closed for remodeling (I think? but you won't know that until you drive past the drive thru line, park and walk up to their door. So, then you get back in the car, after 3 more cars have already shown up inthe drive thru lane, and so it takes you even longer. Burger King is notorious for sloppy prep, and the burgers and chicken sandwich we got were all cold and a mess. It's probably the worst fast food chain of them all from my limited perspective.
Well, this location is usually good, but this morning I placed an online order and drove there from south side of town (due to lack of other BKs) and got there at 6:30 am, when they say it opens at 6, to find it not open. Now I can understand they're remodeling and all, but they shouldn't be accepting orders if there's no one to actually make the food. Book a table now
The best deal is two junior whoppers for $5.00. They just remodeled the inside of the restaurant. The staff is quick to fill the orders.
This location was recently remodeled and it's REALLY nice now. It's still a burger king, but it's clean, modern and always delicious.
This Burger King is getting remodeled, and you can only use the drive-thru. The food still tastes good.
