I don't usually speak up quickly, but that was awful We ordered two SpongeBob crispy chicken burgers. Both were cold and both were missing the cheddar stars. It took a long discussion before they took it back and offered us something else. After all, we paid for a full meal. It was like ordering a kebab and only getting the bread and salad for that price. Absolutely unacceptable.
How can this Burger King have 4 stars? Simply NO! I ordered a garlic burger with extra sauce for 50 cents, and what did I get? A burger without sauce, and I still had to pay 50 cents extra. What kind of outrage is that?! We didn't even get the Christmas ornaments. If I could, I'd give it 0 stars.
The food tasted bad. Two women in the kitchen were standing around like they'd been ordered but never picked up. They did nothing but chat while I waited forever for my food. The atmosphere was terrible! Never again! The ambiance was okay.

The Flame Wings were significantly spicier than at any other Burger King. I pointed out to the staff that the children couldn 't eat them. Their response: There 's nothing I can do! An alternative would have been nice.
