Yes, I ordered a burger and specifically asked for hot, fresh fries. Unfortunately, my order arrived cold and soggy. I asked for them to be remade and was told to move to a handicap spot while my hot fries were prepared. After waiting for 6 minutes, I had to go inside to get them because they were never brought out. I finally got my hot fries, but my burger was cold due to the long wait. Overall, not a good experience at Burger King. I would recommend driving a bit further to Wendy's or even McDonald's.
If I could give this Burger King zero stars, I would. My experience with them was nothing but a series of difficulties. I placed an order over the weekend, but it did not go smoothly. When I tried to explain that there was an issue with my sandwich and that I had paid for an item that was missing, the staff was not helpful and appeared unhappy. I requested a refund, but they were hesitant to comply.
Just order a large fully loaded meal, pancakes, french toast sticks, a medium potato round and 2for5 double sausage croissant.Long story short, like me bag I received..No Double Sausage croissant sandwiches at all...???So disappointed and of course I get no answer on the telephone when trying to call.Last part lolAs a third shifter I am too tried to go back up there? It's a shame the lobby is still closed. Plz support your local road workers. Our trucks are too big sometimes and many of us don't get the chance of making breakfast. We gotta eat too but without being in the lobby we have no chance

they will make someone very sick if they do not begin to cook their speck all the way. I paid only $8 for a small hairdresser and medium drink in the round, because my burger was invincible.
The employees were extremely courteous and ensured that every aspect of my order was accurate. My food arrived quickly and was piping hot when it was brought to my table.
The staff was very friendly and helpful at this restaurant. The place was very clean and they had high chairs available. The bathrooms were great as well.
