I recommend avoiding this Burger King location and suggesting the one near Avenue K instead. The staff here were extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited 40 minutes in line because they kept messing up orders, including mine. The girl taking orders and handling cash at 8 PM, a Hispanic woman with tattoos, had a terrible attitude and was mean to me for no reason. On the other hand, the African American lady with red braids was a fantastic manager, doing her best to meet customers' needs – she deserves a 10/10! I visited Burger King on a Sunday around 3 pm, where two female employees were working. My daughter and I spent $33 on food that was below average. I witnessed one of the employees get into a heated argument with a drive-thru customer and then loudly explain the situation to her coworkers while customers were still inside. There was a man asleep at one of the tables, and finding clean tables and floors was nearly impossible. The way the elderly were treated was appalling—I saw an employee talk down to and even yell at an older woman. This place is truly terrible, and I feel sorry for anyone who rates it higher than two stars.
On June 21 at 11:21 a.m., I ordered a Ch'King sandwich and was the only car in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the chicken breast I received was old and seemed to be reheated from the previous night—it was really off-putting. Given that I ordered right after breakfast and there was no rush, I expected a freshly prepared sandwich, especially since it took over five minutes to receive it. While the staff was friendly, this experience has made me hesitant to return to this location, and I'm considering stepping away from Burger King altogether.
The service was painfully slow, the food was sloppy, and the customer service was terrible. It felt like they didn’t want me there. I wish this location was more like other Burger King restaurants where you can truly have it your way.

I had an enjoyable visit to Burger King. The prices are fair, though I think the restaurant could benefit from a more contemporary design. I will definitely come back to savor their menu again.
