I get fast food relatively often, and burgers are my go to choice. Currently, Burger King has the best prices deals out of all the big burger chains. This was the most impressive fast food experience I've ever had. Good service, fresh menu, very nice employees. Whenever I order something, people there are very nice and courteous. Lines move fast and at good pace. Social distancing observed. Employees are wearing gloves and masks. And holds a tray, not the food itself, so you can pick them up without hand to hand touch. Not to mention the bathroom was spotless. Just gotta give them a shout out.

Recently, the management at this restaurant has stopped providing any service. Rather than updating their website with their new operating hours, they continue to take orders both online and in person while remaining completely unresponsive. This has been a recurring issue for the past week, and I've personally experienced it, as have many others. It's incredibly immature and inconsiderate to leave customers in silence. I urge you not to make the same mistake I did; look for another location or, even better, choose a different restaurant altogether.
The service is consistently slow, and the staff never acknowledges the customers waiting in the lobby, not even to provide a brief update like, "I'll be with you in a minute." Additionally, the food quality in the afternoons is often disappointing.

I drove here at 11:20 PM. All the lights were on, and it said you were open until midnight, but nobody answered the drive-thru. I waited for about two minutes before leaving. Please update your hours if you're not going to have staff available.
worst experience ever. literally it went to get wobbles for my children and mother in law and got soggy old wobbles rings. they were cold and not even cooked, it really tasted as if they freeze them and they all cooked again.
They got my order wrong and on top of that the bread was old and crumbling. Soggy Mozzarella sticks that didn't have Mozzarella! Not enjoyable at all!
They were closed early, 15 minutes before midnight and wouldn't take our order. As I'm writing this it is 11:55pm Saturday night.

super slow trip thru. 10 minutes to get with only 4 cards. the food was hot and the order was made right.
