I appreciate the friendly staff at this Burger King, but I consistently receive burgers that are warm rather than hot. This has happened every single time I’ve ordered, not just once or twice. While my orders are generally accurate, there have been a few instances where I requested a simple cheeseburger and still ended up with pickles and ketchup on it. I’m not sure how such a straightforward order gets messed up.
It was 9:29 PM on Saturday and the restaurant was closed, even though their website indicated that they close at midnight. I was hoping to have dinner there but ended up having to go to McDonald's instead.
My son recently earned his new orange belt in karate, and the manager of this restaurant was so friendly that he treated my son to ice cream and other goodies to celebrate. It was a lovely gesture!
