I understand being short staffed. While we were there it was not that busy. Taking our order was fine but once the food was ready we were ignored repeatedly while trying to get dipping sauce for our chicken fries. And the attitude of the manager Jared was not nice and he was completely rude to us. So but you're in the customer service industry you have to take care of your customers.
This location is the best Burger King in the country. I have been to burger kings around the world and nothing compares to the courtesy and professional. In fact this is the best fast food restaurant all together. The food is so much better then anyother location. I stopped eating Burger King along time ago and now I have eaten here 4 times with my family and I?m beyondimpressed.
It was asked to hold on to the passage while there were no other cars. Another car went on track two, and they were served immediately. Bad ability to use the customer correctly. Generally, this is my way to Burger King because I had terrible service at the other two locations in Lee? Summit. Maybe it's time to give them another attempt and not so much trust in this place.
I placed an order through the BK app. The restaurant was accepting orders. I got there to pick it up and they said they were closed. Why were they accepting online orders then? Then they said I could wait but they had no way to refund me. And now they won't answer the phone. Book a table now
We placed our order through the app, but had to wait about 6 minutes. This has its pros and cons: while the food was fresh, the kids weren't very happy about waiting, and then we had to let the food cool down before they could eat. However, the staff was very friendly.
The service at this restaurant was disappointing—staff were rude and inattentive, often seen on their phones instead of focusing on their work. The overall atmosphere was negative due to the bad attitudes of the employees. I truly hope this place closes down soon.
The employees at this location are so pleasant. I?ve always had quick service and never had an issue with my order. They?ve still got those drive thru lines moving fast!
The food is decent, but the drive-thru lane has some deep potholes that could potentially damage customers' rims. This definitely needs to be addressed. Book a table now
DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE! They are never open anymore, you cannot trust that your order will be fulfilled. This location has always been hit and miss.
