I waited, and waited and waited for someone to acknowledge me at the drive up ordering thing! I finally said something and the girl said hang on! I waited at least 10 minutes before she took my order! I then had to wait for 3 cars in front of me! This is happening all over the area. I guess they can't get anyone to work and the ones they do have no customer service experience!!!!
Employees are rude here. Half of the menu is broken and when asked about beef burgers menu since only the chicken side works they catch attitudes. They're always out of something. Whoppers are no longer available in any specials so would be nice for them to fix the WHOLE menu to see whats available.
Lame. I love burger King but there is nothing worse than getting all the way home and see that the whopper with cheese you ordered was a whopper Jr with no cheese. If I have a Hamburger during the week this is my me time burger lol a Jr just won't cut it.
This place is great. I come in and enjoy the customer services that they provide and always find a way to conversate with different customers. The crew also has a good vibe so its always as simple as just making an effort.
