In my opinion, this is one of the better Burger Kings. During my visit, both the service and food preparation were satisfactory, just as they have been in my three or four previous visits. The dining area and restrooms were clean. My only issue was that the tables felt 'sticky.' While they may wipe them down, they don’t seem to be scrubbed and dried thoroughly, which seems to be a common issue in most Burger Kings I've been to. More often than not, the tables feel tacky and sticky to the touch.
I also treated myself to a $1 strawberry icee, making sure to drink it quickly as a little way to fight my cancer. A massive thank you to my wonderful guardian angel, Shannon! I almost forgot to mention another kind manager who remembered me from years ago when I was healthier. They both seemed to create a fantastic atmosphere to work in! Lastly, the lunch was perfectly prepared and tasted amazing.
The manager was incredibly professional, kind, and courteous, and the entire team worked seamlessly together and was very friendly. The food was fresh and served hot! We hope to discover more places like this one; the customer service here on Howe Ave is exceptional!
