I visited the drive-thru and was asked to wait to place my order, even though there were only a few cars ahead of me. I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes before they finally took my order, during which time three cars had piled up behind me, waiting for me to move. I had to repeat my order several times, and I eventually got frustrated and said I would give my order at the drive-up window instead, as the cars in front of me had already left, allowing me to drive straight to the takeout window!
I was disappointed with my recent drive-thru experience. The portions were quite small. I ordered cheeseburgers and fries, but no drinks. What I received were only thin slices of half a tomato, pickles, a ton of onions, and chunky lettuce. The bun was more than half an inch bigger than the burger itself, and there was just a sliver of cheese on top. The cheese tots were decent, but there were no sauces available for the burgers or fries. Overall, the price was too high for what I received.
At this Burger King, you definitely can’t have it your way! The manager literally yelled at me, asking what was wrong because I was holding up the line. I was almost in tears trying to explain that my order was incorrect, but she kept yelling and then walked away. The cashier seemed shocked since she was new, and all I wanted was what I paid for. I ended up leaving with part of my meal missing because the manager refused to talk to me after that.
Honestly, the only reason I?m giving one star is because of the state of the dining room and restroom. I am shocked at how filthy everything is inside this restaurant! Food dripping down the walls, finger and hand prints on everything, dusteverywhere, the bathroom looked as if it hasn?t been cleaned in a week. I do not want to think of what the kitchen looks like.The food was great, I just couldn?t eat more then a couple bites.

Great tasting breakfast. We went and had a dine-in breakfast Halloween morning and the service was very good, and the staff was dressed for the occasion which was nice. An impressive note was the Orange Juice, it was Simply Orange brand, which is one ofthe best bottled orange juices in my opinion. Nothing else in particular to report, thanks!
I ordered a chicken sandwich and was disappointed to find it covered in ketchup. When I called and returned to discuss the issue, the staff appeared to be truly concerned. I was very pleased with their response to the situation, and the surprise cookies in the bag were a delightful bonus.
Really tired of asking for sauce and never getting any. Doesn't matter if I ask before or when I get to the window, I never get any dipping sauce. I enjoy my chicken with something to dip it in rather than eating dry a chicken.
During my visit, I had the opportunity to check out the restaurant's interior, and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly and quick. I hope the owners continue to uphold this standard in the future.
