The evening shift employees at this Burger King are some of the laziest I've ever encountered. Several times I've ordered a shake, only to be told it was sold out or the machine was broken. Tonight, I placed an order and asked for a shake. I was told to pay at the window, so I assumed I was actually getting one. There were several cars ahead of me, so it took a while to reach the window. When I finally got there, I was informed the shake machine was broken. I was furious—why wasn’t I told this when I placed my order? I could have left instead of waiting 20 minutes in line. I will never visit this location again.
I'm very disappointed. I ordered 2 double sausage sandwiches for $6 with no egg, but when I got to work, both croissants had egg, bacon, and only one sausage each. My order should have been double-checked before being handed over. If employees can't do their jobs properly, they shouldn't be working in this industry. Since I don't live nearby, it's inconvenient to return. I also tried calling the store, but it said the customer is unavailable or something similar. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card.
This Burger King delivered the most visually impressive Whopper I've ever encountered. Typically, they don't look as enticing as they do in the ads, but the Whopper I received here genuinely resembled the promotional photos. I’m eagerly looking forward to returning for another beautifully-crafted Whopper and exploring some other sandwiches as well!
The worst costumer service I saw ever in fast food restaurants. Cashier Ricardo was racist and arrogant in his attitude. Also his manager Jose was Without personality and can't make any decision. Because of their attitude, I will not advise any one to gothis branch at all. There are many BK around it.

I was disappointed with my experience at Burger King. When I pointed out that my receipt showed two missing items due to a mistake by the clerk, they simply said it was fine without offering an apology. I really can't believe it. I won't be returning to this location again.
I'm beginning to get comfortable here. However, I'm not a fan of the paper straws! I ordered the iced coffee, and the cookies were dry, hard, and did not look appealing. On the bright side, I absolutely love the pancakes!
