I do not recommend the drive thru at Tustin Burger King as I was almost ripped off and believe I was. I ordered number 5 combo which is a 2 cheeseburger combo and was priced right at $5.99 for the combo.and the drive thru cashi÷r who seemed to be theshift leader or shift manager was gladly trying to charge me $7.99 instead of $5.99. When I questioned the charge she told mebecause she was serving me the medium size which she had not even asked me about. Then with a rude face and attitude
Rodolfo gave me outstanding customer service. I was trying to order online and pick up through the drive-thru, but the BK app wasn’t responding. Just as I was about to leave, Rodolfo stepped in to help and fixed the problem. I’m very satisfied with Burger King and Rodolfo’s assistance.
I was surprised to find beans in my burger and drink at Burger King. I didn't realize they offered everything with beans! Nonetheless, it added an interesting flavor to both my meal and drink. I appreciate the unique twist on the menu with the cool beans burger.
Says I on Google. Store hours on site say open til 930. Yet they remain closed. Drive through blocked and employees inside with the doors locked. And not one of then could come to the door and say sorry we closed early or the kitchen had an infestation?? Book a table now
The restaurant is very clean, and the customer service is outstanding. Unlike other fast food chains, their operating hours are somewhat unusual. However, once inside, the interior is beautifully designed.
App did not work when visited, their wifi was not working. Worker at the cash register was mean and not helpful. No one has glove on. French fries were burning. Overall, never recommend this location
