1. I have poor eyesight, so reading any signs or boards is quite challenging for me. It would be helpful if I could place mobile orders or if the menu were available on a card that I could magnify.
2. The price for a small cup of tea is £2.49, while their competitors charge just 99p. Additionally, it would be great if Burger King offered phone orders and delivered the food to the table, as this would make it much easier for me to manage my order while in my wheelchair, instead of trying to balance it on my lap.
3. When it comes time to choose, I'll always go for the best option, even though Burger King has an advantage in product quality.

We visited the Burger King at the waterside after hearing great things about their Cafe Italians. To our surprise, they offered waitress service! The coffee and cakes were absolutely delightful, especially the carrot cake, which is my personal favorite. I highly recommend trying the red velvet, chocolate fudge, coffee walnut, and of course, the carrot cake.
Standard experience of a Burger King restaurant. Honoured deals from the app despite not having the ability to order ahead and collect. However, did get the order slightly wrong as took the lettuce and mayo off both the Chicken Royal meals not just one.
I think its only a matter of time until all the employees walk off the job or this one closes. Terrible service. Drove through on a Saturday for lunch and they were out of their Whoppers. Their signature burger. How does that happen?

I had a long wait in the drive-thru, and when I finally got my order, it was wrong. I ended up having to wait in the car again until 12:30. When I received my food, it was awful and didn't even taste like what I expected.
Has to be one of the worst most run down Burger King I have ever seen. You’ll also have to wait forever before they take your order. Avoid this location and go elsewhere.
Nice compact dining area, clean and welcoming. I find eating here is less troublesome than in big mcdonald restaurants.
Despite having what appeared to be only two employees working the food was good and my order was correct.

Ordering was quite quick, food was of a standard and ok, the place wasn't busy, in fact, quite empty.
The food and service are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly.
