I don't eat food very often, but when I do it, because I felt like lazy. I left my bag at home and brought only 2 gift cards that my children got for Christmas.. Shyrel the manager at the service seemed complete control over her team. I went through the ride thru for dinner and there was a line and a wait. I expected to see chaos... everyone was friendly and working extremely hard!! The front line looked clean, which is difficult during a rush!! For no reason, she extended a courtesy and made my day. I was a few dollars short because I left my purse at home and she took care of me. This has never happened and I am so gracious for her kindness!! Thank you.
Total good experience. Ordered chicken bugs and cheeseburgers. I have the order right (hurray!!!) Only complaint was that if you look at the menu, the first look makes the Cheeseburger looks as if they were between $4 to $5 per (tree menu unlike the reality where you can get the smaller child size burger and what not for just $1 to $2 when the menu turns. That was clearer and on a screen.
The app froze(which I guess happens alot) received the deal anyways,thank you!Can't believe Whoppers are 6 dollars; I remember when they were 2.50,lol
For the most part, customer service is pretty good. Never had a problem with eating there.
