Confused as to why we were being informed in the middle of the second coupon. Thinking they put in a wrong number, my bf says well we are only using 2. The kid told him calm down. I was quite frustrated with my experience at this restaurant. I spent 10-15 minutes trying to place my order using their mobile app, only to discover at the drive-thru that they were closed and wouldn't reopen until 9 PM. It was around 8:15 PM at the time, all because they were short-staffed. I understand that times are tough, but they really should communicate their hours to the mobile app to prevent customers from trying to order when they're not open. While I know it's not the fault of the employees, they need to update their hours on Google Maps, as I always check that before deciding where to eat. I took the initiative to make that update for them!
48th and Van dorn I just want to say thank you for taking the time to put your shake machine together because anytime I feel like coming to Burger King I get a shake and I have to call around first to see where has shake machines are up because 17th and South Street never does 25th and o never does I don't understand why you would have something on your menu that you don't sell so I just want to say thanks for actually putting your shake machine together!!!
This Burger King deserves a full five stars. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff always gets my order right while being friendly and courteous. I often bring my kids to enjoy the play area, and we relax together while they play (after ordering, of course). There’s always a lively atmosphere, with many people sticking around after their meal, which contributes to the pleasant vibe of the place.

I have a feeling that this guy was managing the entire restaurant by himself, and he did an amazing job compared to many others. He was handling the drive-thru and cooking everything, and he didn't seem stressed at all. Although there was a bit of a wait, it was understandable since it was just him. He really nailed it!
I stopped at 12:05 on 2. september 2022 and the lobby was closed and they had to order through the drive thru. if they drive a truck or a vehicle too big to go through the drive thru, then they will not serve them. I'm glad I didn't order online as I planned. I guess another company will get my business today.
Extremely disappointing. I ordered a Texas Whopper without lettuce and tomatoes, and that’s exactly what I received. The fries were warm and greasy. I would understand if it had been busy, but I was the only customer there, using the drive-thru, and there were four employees on duty. I won’t be returning.
All the burger king's in town have gone down the tubes since they switched ownership. We went during the open hours and the lobby was locked. Half the time you go, to any of them you get the feeling they are operating on a 1/4-1/3 staff. Too bad.
